Account Information

When you create an account, we receive your name, email address, and profile information from your Microsoft account through Microsoft Entra ID authentication.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve our products and services.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details. We receive only transaction confirmations and subscription status from Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide services: Manage your account, process subscriptions, and deliver license keys.
• Improve our products: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and user experience.
• Communicate: Send transactional emails such as subscription confirmations, renewal reminders, and important service updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted third parties:

• Stripe: For payment processing and subscription management.
• Microsoft: For authentication via Microsoft Entra ID.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Delete your account and associated personal data.
• Export your data in a portable format.

6. Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies only — for authentication sessions and essential site functionality. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

This section applies specifically to the Power BI custom visuals published by Atlyn on Microsoft AppSource and the Power BI Marketplace:

How the visuals handle your data

These Atlyn visuals are rendering-only components. They do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data or the report data shown in the visual. All processing happens locally inside the Power BI environment (Power BI Desktop or the Power BI service) on the data you bind through the visual's field wells. Specifically, each Atlyn visual:

• Processes report data locally within Power BI only to draw the visual on screen;
• Does not send report data or personal data to Atlyn or any external server;
• Does not use cookies, fingerprinting, analytics, or telemetry inside the visual;
• Does not call any third-party services or APIs at runtime;
• Does not retain your data after the visual is refreshed, closed, or removed.

Licensing data

Atlyn Markdown Viewer is free. Atlyn Bullet Chart is provided under the MIT License and is free for personal and commercial use. Neither visual requires a purchase. Purchase or support terms, if any, are disclosed separately on each visual's Microsoft AppSource or Power BI Marketplace listing.

Account or payment information associated with an applicable purchase or support plan is collected only on atlynco.com (see the sections above), never inside a Power BI visual, and is handled separately from report data. Microsoft does not manage licensing or transactions for these visuals.
